Rates

UMC 2020 will happen from September 27 to October 2, 2020 at St. Petersburg, Florida, USA. Advance registration rates are available now through May 31, 2020. On-site registration rates will apply thereafter.

Full access registration includes unlimited access to all scientific sessions, seminars, topical lectures, plenary events, workshops, Banquet, Welcoming Cocktail, and the Expo.

To qualify for the reduced rates:

IMMS members are required to indicate the email address associated with their account;
Students are required to indicate their institution’s name and graduation year;
If you are ineligible for discount, the prevailing rates will apply.

UMC Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by September 20, 2020. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date. Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee and will be issued no sooner than 4 weeks after the meeting. Written cancellations may be sent via e-mail to lazevedo@immsoc.org .

IMMS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule UMC 2020 due to unforeseen circumstances, natural hazards and other dangerous situations. Registrants will be notified.

On-site Registration

Online registration is open and will remain open throughout the meeting. You are also welcome to register for the meeting on-site at the The Vinoy® Renaissance Resort Convention Center, during the conference times.

Other Information

Badges are required to attend all events.

Conference workshops require early registration as space is limited.
