For Oral Presentations

Please prepare a PowerPoint file on a thumb drive for downloading by Hawaii Sound and Vision specialists during the evening Welcoming Reception on Wednesday, September 14. Video and or sound imbedded into your presentation are acceptable.

Provided will be a podium, wireless lavalier microphone, laser pointer and double-screen LCD presentation format.

For Poster Presentations for Friday, 16 September

Easels will be provided.

Poster dimensions are 24 inches x 36 inches in profile or vertical format (preferred).

PDF file deadline submission is Wednesday, August 24
