Oral Presenters: Please provide a thumb drive (well labeled with your name on it) to the audio-visual technician at the Welcoming Reception on 21 September who will upload your PowerPoint Presentation and return the drive to you. Oral presentations should be 20 minutes in length, including a couple of minutes for questions and answers.

Poster Presenters: The Poster Session will be on Monday, 22 September just after the lunch break. Please prepare your poster in A0 sizing. There will be 25 posters in a designated area with bulletin boards (tape will be provided) and tables for handouts.
